Fiorelli wrote that it had vanished.

According to Rosalba Antonini, this is a Samnite electoral recommendation.

According to Della Corte, CIL IV 1048 above, is a programme written to the right of IX.1.16, in which the powerful neighbour M. Epidius Sabinus, under the form of a caution, commands the host to support the candidature of Q. P(ostumius) P(roculus), and it read
